Clubhouse

This building is available to residents for meetings or parties. Reservations are required and should be made as early as possible.
The fee is based upon an 8-hour time increment and on the type of function.
A deposit will be secured and refunded once the facility has been inspected.
The Clubhouse is available from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week. The keys are made available on the day of the rental, and they must be returned the same day or an additional day's fee will be charged.

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Part of the wonderful experience of having a children's party at the clubhouse is the incredible playground which is right next to the facility. One section of the playground is specially geared for the toddlers, and the other is for the more adventurous children. The moms and dads enjoy watching their kids have a really fun time!
