The children's playground is easily accessible at the front of the Clubhouse Center.  Please use the handy trash cans and keep the area litter-free.

Picnic Grounds

The picnic grounds are only available to Heathlake residents and their guests.
A key card is necessary to enter the grounds.  There are several barbeque grills available which may be used for burgers, hot dogs, chicken, or anything other than shellfish.  Crawfish boils are not allowed. The grounds may be used by parties that have reserved the clubhouse, but the general community can not be prohibited from entering.  Residents wanting to use the picnic grounds for a group function without reserving the clubhouse may do so, but it is necessary to verify with the Clubhouse contact person that there is no other function scheduled for that date. 

Inflatable moonwalks are allowed.
Petting zoos or animals of any kind are not allowed on the property (including the parking lot).

If you are having a party, please use trash bags inside the trash cans.  Do not leave any trash bags outside of the cans. If there are more bags than cans, please remove excess trash bags from premises.

The picnic grounds are off limits after dark.
