Welcome to Heathlake Online!

We hope you find this to be a great site which will  help you to obtain the latest about the community, to get information you need, and to know who to call when you have a question. This home page will also contain News Flashes with the latest community news.

The membership of the Heathlake Community Association, Inc. consists of 312 single-family homes within  Heathwood, Woods of Lakeside, and Lakeview Forest subdivisions. Residents who lease their houses may participate in all Association activities except voting. The Association is a non-profit corporation originally organized by the subdivision developers under guidelines set forth in the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Deed Restrictions. Homeowners have an irrevocable responsibility as referenced in one's property deed to support the Association through the annual maintenance assessment.

The primary function of the Association is the guardianship and maintenance of the community Clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool, and children's playground. There is also the upkeep of the common ground areas, esplanades, and cul-de-sacs.  Additional expenses are incurred for security, utilities, insurance, trash removal, recycling, fee collection, legal fees, capital improvements and a management company which handles all the details with oversight by the Board.

A five member volunteer Board of Directors manages these activities.
Each Director is elected for a two-year term. Three positions become
available on even-numbered years, and two positions are open
on odd-numbered years. Elections are held each December
at the Annual meeting.  Additional meetings are held throughout
the year as deemed necessary.
