& Board Activities

Board Meetings are generally held the fourth Thursday of the month at 7pm in the Clubhouse. Meetings are not scheduled in June, July, November and December.

The Annual Members’ Meeting is generally held the first Thursday in December. Board Members are elected at this session, and serve two-year terms.

The Annual Budget is approved in September.

ACC Committee members are appointed in March.

Architectural Review

Residents planning exterior home improvement projects should submit a formal request to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and obtain approval prior to commencing work.

Please submit a formal request through the Resident Portal.

All Heathlake documents and forms can be found in the Resident Portal. This includes Deed Restrictions, Meeting Minutes, Budgets, etc.

  • Briar Forest Super Neighborhood

    Heathlake is a member of the BFSN - a group of local communities forming one larger association. The BFSN advocates to city officials on issues in our area.
